Welcome to LearnMaxOne. These Terms of Service govern your use of our domain and offerings in skill development and tutoring services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

LearnMaxOne offers personalized one-on-one sessions, group workshops, and coaching programs designed to enhance your skills. Details on scheduling, session length, and curriculum are provided at the time of booking.

2. Infoproducts

We provide digital courses, e-books, and learning materials. Upon purchase, you gain access to the content as described in the product listing. All digital content is licensed for personal use under these terms.

3. Goods

Physical items such as printed study guides and kits are available. Shipping estimates and handling information are displayed at checkout.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for services, digital products, and physical goods are listed at checkout. Payment must be completed before scheduling sessions or granting access or shipment. We accept major payment methods as indicated.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Services

If you cancel a scheduled tutoring session more than 48 hours before the start time, you are eligible for a refund of the amount paid. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are not eligible for a refund due to preparation requirements. You may request to reschedule at no extra charge if the request is made at least 24 hours before the original session.

Group workshops require advance planning and resource preparation; therefore, fees for workshops are non-refundable to ensure seat allocation and material readiness.

Infoproducts

For digital courses and e-books, you may request a refund within seven days of purchase, provided you have accessed less than 10% of the content. Refunds after this period or following greater access are not permitted to maintain content integrity.

Goods

Physical goods may be sent back to LearnMaxOne within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused condition. To initiate this process, contact us via the contact form. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund within ten days.

6. Changes to These Terms

LearnMaxOne reserves the right to update these terms at any time by posting revisions here. The updated terms take effect when published, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.
